Evan Avnet
Founder & CEO
Evan has 15 years prior law enforcement experience as well as 25 years in the security industry. He has worked as at the U.S. Department of State as Diplomatic Security, working for a maniple police agency and a county sheriff's office. To name a few, Evan has obtained SWAT certification, running a protective detail and protective detail specialist certifications, police and security instructor certifications, less lethal munitions instructor certification, OC/CS/Baton/JPX/Defensive Tactics, and Firearms certifications. Evan is also a complete geek and loves technology, having a hand in design of VR technologies, he oversees development of all projects and their implimintations.
Rob Smith
Consulting Subject Matter Expert
Rob has been a police officer for 25 years and is currently serving as Chief of Police at a city police department. Rob's experience as a trainer, a road officer, and an administrator lend to his expertise as a subject matter expert for TEVR. Rob assists with scenario authoring as well as consulting on various situational processes.
